I just saw a NY Times alert roll across my stream about Trump needing to put up $200,000 in bail to be released in the RICO case in Georgia.
I clicked on the link (it is here, gifted) and as I read, I got a bigger and bigger smile.
First, yes, Trump will have to cough up $200K of his grifted gelt. Cool, no release on his own recognizance as in the other cases.
Second, the others in the docket will also have to come up with bail. Guiliani in particular will be cash strapped to find the 10% he will need to get a bail bondsman to spring him. That is Chef’s Kiss material right there.
But the rest of the docket is pretty fucked.

But as the FO of the FAFO, many of the others are in dire straights. There is defendant Cathy Latham, a retired school teacher who was one of the fake electors, who has set up a crowdfunding plea to raise $500K for her legal expenses. It currently has raised an eyepopping $3,645. Yeah, she’s fucked.
Yep, the schadenfreude is particularly delish this afternoon!
