Habba, Lawyer or ?

I think she is vying for more. Laying down my marker.

The past few weeks we have gotten a lot of views of Trump’s latest lawyer, and while I am not a lawyer, I think I can confidently say that she is not a top tier player.

But if I step back, and think about the situation, I am drawn to Tony Soprano. If you haven’t seen the show, this will not make sense.

If you think about Tony, and all the women who sleep with him thorough the 6 seasons, many who are stunningly gorgeous, and he is a crude, balding, overweight middle aged dude who struggles with middle management duties and an unruly workforce (his “family”).

But he got laid a lot.

Why is that? Because a certain type of woman is drawn to “power”. A lot of powerful men exploit this to great effect.

And that gets me to the point of this post.

I have been watching the trials and tribulations of Trump in the E. Jean Carroll defamation case, and the actions of his principal lawyer, Alina Habba.

Part of me thinks that he knows why Trump is all in with her. Looks from central casting, no scruples, and willing to say and do anything. Like lie that she was exposed to Covid and then appeared besides Trump at the post party in New Hampshire.

This makes me think that she is the leading candidate to be the fourth Mrs. Trump.

Commented that a few times, and some people told me that I was insane, that there was no way she would be interested. That he was too gross for her.

And that made me think of Tony Soprano, a man who is far better groomed and in better condition than Trump, who had his pick of ladies (in the show). And he treated them badly.

And yeah, I think Habba would jump to be #4 in the long train.

And what about the ass that Elise Stefanik is making of herself. Her fawning is clearly an attempt to prop up her chances to be the chosen one, the Veep candidate. She is not stupid. Harvard educated, several years ago she decided to go full MAGA, and completely bury any semblance of integrity.

Back to Habba, she is a terrible lawyer, more than unfamiliar with Federal procedures, she made an absolute ass of herself.

Sounds like a match made in heaven.
