Meet Collin Davis, shitbag of Texas:

As soon as Collin Davis found out his ex-partner was planning to travel to Colorado to have an abortion in late February, the Texas man retained a high-powered antiabortion attorney — who court records show immediately issued a legal threat.

Yeah, the article starts with this, and just gets fucking worse. Look, this is the ex-partner of a woman who once she discovered that she was carrying this dirtbag’s spawn, she said “nope” and got the fuck out of Texas to Colorado, a state that doesn't lick balls, to have a procedure to rid herself his this shitweasel’s demon.

And he didn't like that one fucking bit, so like most of those non-snowflake conservative dudes he lawyered up and went a huntin’.

Now, Davis has disclosed his former partner’s abortion to a state district court in Texas, asking for the power to investigate what his lawyer characterizes as potentially illegal activity in a state where almost all abortions are banned.

And of course, Texas, being Texas has fuckface attorneys who said sure, let’s go medieval on this shit. This is a serial douche nozzle of a lawyer, who specializes in being a particularly obnoxious twat…

Davis’s petition — filed under Texas’s Rule 202 by Jonathan Mitchell, a prominent antiabortion attorney known for devising new and aggressive legal strategies to crack down on abortion — follows a lawsuit filed last spring by another Texas man, Marcus Silva, who is attempting to sue three women who allegedly helped his ex-wife obtain abortion pills.

Of course, there is a whole ecosystem of fuckery to support this harassment of women trying to get medical care, people who are knuckle-dragging troglodytes who are barely above slime-mold on the evolutionary scale. These brain-deficient arses lick their putrid lips as they contemplate suing their clients spouses for “wrongful death” while gleefully stroking their flaccid phalluses until they chafe it completely raw.

“Fathers of aborted fetuses can sue for wrongful death in states with abortion bans, even if the abortion occurs out-of-state,” he wrote. “They can sue anyone who paid for the abortion, anyone who aided or abetted the travel, and anyone involved in the manufacture or distribution of abortion drugs.”

And, for the no-shit files:

Duane described the woman’s relationship with Davis as “toxic and harmful.”

Look, I get that you don’t like icky abortions. And most of the pontificating I see is by men. And at last check, men can’t get pregnant (not discounting trans-men of course) so they really should SHUT THE FUCK UP and leave this to the women and their medical providers. You just donated your 4-5 CC’s of baby gravy, most likely in a frantic 30 second encounter what was wholly unsatisfying for your partner. Whereas your partner is the one who will have to carry the fetus to term. So sit the fuck down.

And for the endless string of male politicians who mostly have JD’s and not MD’s should be doubly told to stay the fuck out of this.

The coming Roevember is going to really fuck their shit up, and I am here for it 100%. Now I need to donate to a group to support assisting young women in need to be able to transit to a state to get the care they need.
