Not a great night
Subtitle: Insomnia sucks donkey balls
Not a great night. The bladder urged me to void it at about 1:30, and my body then said “nah, I’m good, no more sleep for you”.
I tossed and turned for about a half hour, then I caved in to my roiling brain, and picked up the iPad and began reading (I am again working my way through the 181 original Doc Savage books).
About 2:30, I realized I was probably aggravating my wife’s slumber, so I got up and began my morning routine way too early.
It is now 5:30, I’ve had coffee, watched too much YouTube videos, had breakfast, fed the dogs, and I am typing up this quick post.
I am normally a morning person, and 4:00ish AM is a pretty normal time for me to rise. But this is no bueno.
I will hit a brick wall this afternoon.
I empathize 100%, and hope you're able to get a good night's rest tonight.
