This must have been fun: The Mary Spender Trio

A departure, but something that is still great to watch and listen to

I’ve long been a fan of singer/songwriters, and one that I stumbled across on YouTube is Mary Spender. I like a lot of her music, and as an artist in the modern era, she does go out of her way to explain the fucked up exploitative crap that the main distribution channels (streaming) pull to make it difficult to make a living.

Still, she continues to make killer music. Her vids are amazing.

But then she drops something this fun.

Yeah, this is not my normal fare, but I can’t help clicking on it to bask in the music. She makes it fun.
