The year was 1969, we landed on the moon, the Vietnam war was escalating, and Jethro Tull released “Stand Up”, a folk rock album with more than a hint of psychedelics woven in.
The song I think of most on this album is Nothing is Easy, mainly because I learned it from my guitar teacher in the 1980’s. But the whole album is chocked full of great tunes.
Today, I am sharing with you “We Used to Know”, a song that seems apropos given the election two days ago.
