Affordability is all the rage, but the reality is that it isn't about the cost of a Chipotle burrito, or avocado toast, but instead it is about housing, and the fact that we've gotten ourselves into a serious jam. Alas, both parties have been drivers, and it will require some very unpopular steps to fix.
