Yeah, it's pretty alarming. The only thing I found worse as a rabbit hole to dive down was PUA and MRA (PUA = Pick Up Artist, MRA = Men's Rights Activism) that is just some Kentucky fried MAGA/Incel hell
Someone I went to high school with is a PhD Psychologist who does research at UCLA, and he pointed me at the nuttiness of the PUA/MRA world when Eliot Rodgers shot up Isla Vista (the student housing area at UC Santa Barbara).
It was a bleak journey to read about that culture.

I’ve come across folks writing about PUA and MRA a few times. So far, haven’t felt victimized enough because of my gender to explore them.
