I have a suggestion for you. Check out another Canadian guitarist by the name of Philip Sayce. This man “cut his teeth” (as the expression I’ve heard to describe his growth in the music biz) with the late Jeff Healey and Pat Benatar.
A few years back? He released an album title “Influence”. An album of cover tunes. One that stands out in my mind is the job he did on a tune by Alvin Lee and Ten Years After. The tune: “I’d Love To Change the World”!
So much joy is right. I got Meet and Greet backstage passes to meet the Aerosmith during the 9 Lives tour. I almost fainted! Yngwie Malmsteen and Dio. WOW! Malmsteen came to a small venue near Philly & Tim took his sons to see him... by their accounts, they were blown away! And Dave Martone is new to me and sweet! I love when you bring us music. 👏👏👏👏👏👏
I only saw Malmsteen once, mid 80's, and he was electrifying. It was a small-ish venue, San Jose Civic Auditorium (where I also saw Pat Metheny). The irony is that Michael Schenker opened (MSG) and they both were awesome!
Grateful Dead!

Soooo goooood, all of ‘em
You find some gems, Geoff. Thanks for Dave Martone. Wonderful playing.
To me it’s just too many notes, too fast. I’ll stick with Joe Perry! 😎
No doubt that Joe Perry penned a timeless masterpiece!
I hope for diversions like this one daily ❤️
