Thanks so much. I first heard this tune as a child on a record my mom loved. It has been a beloved piece for me all my life and this rendition has me in tears.
Thanks for sharing. I finally buckled down, learned my chords and hit the road to learning to play I’m still on today on a $50 Harmony classical guitar I bought around 1968, so I’m partial to classical guitars used in non-classical genres. Like Willie Nelson, for instance. Badfinger used a classical guitar (along with an SG) both times I saw them perform “Baby Blue” and I’m reasonably certain that’s a gut-string playing the solo on Paul Young’s “Every Time You Go Away.”
Assume you’re familiar with the amazing Richard Smith?
It IS that good! I was mesmerized. The setting with the changing leaves on the trees and ground was perfect. Thank you for a beautiful start to the day. 🍁🍂
