Her latest is a deep take on the Nazi-esque event last weekend at MSG, and why the Puerto Rico joke by Tony Hinchcliffe wasn't funny, because it wasn't really a joke.
I know some people get pissy when paid Substacks don't publish enough (and I will admit if I sub and pay for a "journalist" stack, I expect multiple takes a week), but Cat's posts are a treasure, like a favored vintage of wine, something you don't look at the price tag when buying, knowing when you do pop the cork, you are getting liquid gold.
I have done a lot of wordsmithing as a product manager, and doing a fair dinkum of marketing copy (because most marketing drones aren't that good at writing) but I tip my hat to the professionals, and Cat is in that realm, as is Cory Doctorow.
Thanks Geoff. That was a really good suggestion and I'm damn glad I took it.

And the award for best creative visual goes to: “homophobic mouth-vuvuzelaing” 😂😂😂
