This made my day…

PS: the way a smart person survives in the Midwest is by concealing their intelligence. I’m certain Tim Walz is far smarter than he makes himself out to be.

Totally true. I spent the majority of my life in Southwest Kansas, followed by Southwest Missouri. I have spent so many years, dumbing myself down just to be understood by others. I've had a husband who forbade me to use words with more than three syllables, a bank manager, who asked me during an employment interview, "Where'd ya learn to talk like that?" and another business owner in 2000 who stated during an interview, "Well little lady, if you want to make more than $7.50 an hour, you otta git murried!" (I have a BS in Bus. Mgmt. GPA 3.8, mortgage and 2 teens in 2000.) 😱

No Nostradamus award for me. I thought Biden could win against Spongebrain Shitzenpantz. Of course I did: white, mid sixties, live in an area so blue it’s ultraviolet. I thought there would be blood on the ceiling at the convention. Surprise! The party is drilling like they’re at West Point. Oh, I hope that mature Mr Trump is taking all this stoically.

I truly believe that Biden had planned to exit the race after his doomed debate with tRump! I also believe that he planned way ahead of time that if he failed in the debate, he would (without a doubt) put all he had left in the tank behind his VP and wow the way things now just blows my mind!!

I am this close (holding 2 fingers about an inch apart), to believing that the democrats are gonna blow the GOP away in November

You nailed EXACTLY how I was feeling before and after Joe gave the greatest master class ever in politics and patriotism. We owe him a tremendous debt.

I’m 100% all in for Kamala and Tim. And I’m enjoying watching the MAGAts flailing, but I’m still biting my nails. The consequences of a Dem fuckup or an October surprise are too grave to relax at all.

Yep, four weeks was what it took to go from where am I going to live for the rest of my life because I won’t live in a Trump presidency to feeling hopeful that the fog is lifting from people’s brains and Harris / Walz will kick some MAGA ass.

Agree 100%!

Kamala Harris was my number one pick for 2020 but I fully understood that Joe Biden would be an interim president. I was pro-Biden, while still wishing for someone else, until he bowed out. Now I love him even more. I’m backing Kamala Harris 100%. I’m close to Joe’s age and cannot imagine a better person to pass the baton to than Harris/Walz.

I watched the Sunday morning news programs this morning I noticed how much they all seem to be pushing for another 1968 convention. Absolute malpractice on the medias part. I know they love the chaos but it’s irresponsible. I also take exception to the idea that Manchin is “center”. He is and always has been a republican in democrat clothes. Donna Brasille got into it with Reince Prepuss (intentional) which made me happier than I can say. It’s about time. Miss Lindsey actually complimented Joe which surprised me. It was almost as if he escaped the Cheeto dust for a moment. I’m sure he’ll hear about it. ABC worked really hard to find the one back woman in the Midwest who said “I’m voting for Trump because I don’t believe Harris is black”. We have to keep correcting the lies. Every single one of them.
