Since the so-called Marbury Doctrine, following the 1803 case of Marbury v. Madison has No Constitutional basis and was, in fact, a Supreme Court usurpation of power; can the consistent level of corruption to which the Court has fallen be used as grounds for Congress to finally push back? Perhaps declaring in legislation, on the basis of this persistent corruption, that henceforth, Supreme Court rulings on Congressional legislation will be regarded by Congress as advisory rather than mandatory, and that said "rulings" will initiate a process where the House and Senate will each vote, by simple majority, whether they will modify legislation in response to such Supreme Court advice? Particular attention should be paid in the writing of such legislation to the abomination of Citizens United (2010) and related rulings that wiped out over a century of anti-corruption legislation and left American political process totally unprotected against the corruption of big money in elections.

Clarence has a lot of nerve complaining. He got his, fuck everyone else, and he’s the epitome of nastiness. And his insurrectionist dog too.

Keg-stand is another nervy asshole. He really thinks we’ll just accept their shitty rulings and eventually capitulate? Ha! Fat chance.

I say that SCOTUS members who perjured themselves in their confirmation hearings deserve every piece of shit that lands on their putrescent hides.

I am not a constitutional scholar as evidenced by this statement; Is there a legal way to impeach SCOTUS justices? The extreme right wing justices have exhibited misconduct and opinionated rulings that have gone against the norms of society by overturning Roe v. Wade and accepted lavish gifts and favor of questionable legal sources. What means are available for disciplinary action and expulsion of their position within the court?

Alas, they can be impeached. But it takes two thirds of the senate to convict and that just isn't going to ever happen.

Sad.

One could pray that sometime in the not to distant future people will open their eyes and petition their congressional leaders mercilessly to move to impeach the miscreant right wing justices of SCOTUS
