Inaugural installment of a new series, "Human Garbage of the Week". Today we skewer a Michigan Republican who said something so awful, he was a natural pick.
My spouse and I are in Sedona since 2012, both retired IT professionals,, managing some STR's for ourselves and a couple of part-time resident friends, with 10 years prior living in Scottsdale/Phoenix, and many years with other spouses and families in southeast Michigan before that. Yes, Chandler and Gilbert are still strip mall hellscapes. LOL
A long time ago, far, far away when I was a Bush/Cheney Republican, right after 9/11 I recall having a microsecond of thought that "we should turn Afghanistan to glass; that country is ungovernable", but then I realized that: 1) most of the hijackers were Saudi's, 2) it would probably start WWIII, and 3) the endless religion-fueled tribalism of the region is such that you whack one mole; another just pops up in their place. Not to worry, though, by 2008, I was a Democrat with vestigial knee-jerk military solution tendencies, which I have continued to process through.
Now, back to Tim Walberg, agreed he's terrible, but then how does one select which R is the worst in any given week? They keep out-Trump-ing one another. You've taken on a tough responsibility!
Now, finally, I love your SubStack title. "Sweaty Spice" makes me grin whenever I see it, even if we're bashing GOP/MAGA morons. Thanks!
Thanks for this. That ignorant gasbag deserves to be the first one on this list (since Trump would be a daily feature). The far Left only see things in black and white, not the various shades of gray. Some dude I had an exchange with wished Trump would win the presidency on us for the horror in Gaza, as a punishment, I guess, not understanding that would be even worse, not just for Gazans for the entire world. Purity has a very limited scope.
Hyperbole, it’s not just for little Donnie fuckface anymore.
Oh and the fact that an actual sitting Congressman isn’t aware of the fact that we are currently sending NOTHING to Ukraine and when we were, it was actually about 85% military and 15% humanitarian (basically helping the government pay their bills since their GDP is currently negative).

I am not sure, but what I do know is that there will be ample dirtbags vying to out garbage each other.
I presume from your handle you are in Arizona. I spent 10 years living in Tucson (loved it) and 3 in Chandler (it was OK, mainly strip-mall hell).

I absolutely hate these people.
I love your new Human Garbage of the Week. You will not lack for subject matter, sadly. And this asshole is a perfect choice to kick things off. ✌️
Yeah, when I read this yesterday, my WTF meter broke.
