I've been in Tech for nearly 35 years, and one thing that has puzzled me is their absolute hostility to unionization and organizing in general. The belief is that they are (and were) all special snowflakes who could do better on their own. I explore how this started, and why now that AI is going to slaughter many of these roles, that it is too late to seek some collective action. Bummer
